The Private Cinema, Sandton

From an unused space to a luxury home cinema designed for everyday living.

This project began when one of our existing automation clients wanted to make use of an unused room in his home. The goal was to create a stylish and comfortable space for movies, gaming, and time with family and friends.

The result is a cozy, design-focused cinema that seats up to five people. Every element was considered to make the space feel refined yet relaxed, from the custom-made couch and Vetsak beanbags to the starlight ceiling that adds atmosphere and depth.

A kitchenette and snack area were added at the back of the room, complete with a basin, popcorn machine, and mini-bar fridge, separated by a sleek partition. The standout artwork brings warmth and texture to the moody palette, giving the cinema a strong design identity.
